Long Island () is an island 3 nautical miles (6 km) long, in a NE-SW direction, and 0.5 nautical miles (0.9 km) wide, lying opposite the mouth of Russell East Glacier and 2 nautical miles (3.7 km) south of Trinity Peninsula in Prince Gustav Channel in Antarctica. Discovered and named by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey (FIDS) in 1945. The name is descriptive.
